The SM series cheese waxer is designed for safe and easy waxing of cheeses from 1 to 5 pounds in a low production environment.
After the product is placed on the dipping rack, the simple push of a button starts the dipping cycle. The product is dipped, and returns to the ready position for removal and reloading.
